| Rating: - Absolutely Brilliant! As many of the other commentators wrote, my mum used the tape during the early 90s when i was young and then i took it up in my late teens during the 1990's. Her tape got stuck in the VCR, so I bought it again. Didn't have a VCR so I actually transferred it onto DVD at a cost of £15, more than the tape actually cost. This is becuase the tape is amazing, a beginners workout which then moves on to the advanced section with an aerobics rountine that is fun, exciting and by the end has you desperately ... Read More Rating: - Jane Fonda New WorkoutI have just dug out my old copy of this which is very worn so I am purchasing a new one. Goodness knows what I will do if it becomes unobtainable! I had forgotten how brilliant this one is! It is extremely easy to follow, the exercises very effective and not like the hard-to-copy co-ordinated routines so many of the celebrities these days jump on the band wagon with.
